I am one of those a little of this, a little of that “chefs”, so I have a hard time following recipes. That is why I DONT bake anything without the help of a Betty Crocker box. Baking is too precise…I dont remember the last time I used a measuring cup. So I followed this same practice when making all of my freezer day items, but here are the recipes that I used for inspiration.
Link to Ranch Potato Wedges http://www.hiddenvalley.com/recipe/v/113/Original-Ranch-Roasted-Potatoes/ I added a little Tony Chahceres for some kick
Link to Sausage Foil Packets http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Potato-Sausage-Foil-Packs I halved the recipe and only used green peppers
Link to Spinach Twice Baked Potatoes http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/twice-baked-spinach-potatoes-10000000223775/ I had some extra sour cream so I used that instead of cream cheese
